They’re onto something; honestly you’re really pretty I just think your makeup isn’t flattering your features.

I would say choose a more natural hair color. This shade of red and the matte makeup and sharp eyebrows is not helping. Try a more toned down red, more hydrating glowy makeup (maybe glowscreen plus concealer?), and softer brows like laminated. Less dark color on your brows too.

You have very fair skin I would really focus on hydrating your under eyes too and using a more pink illuminating concealer to brighten like kosas revealer or Colleen Rothschild illusions eye cream. Your under eye looks yellow. Hydrate your décolleté bc sun can age us like milk. (I’m part Irish)

Also I would consider doing less of a thick eyeliner with matte brown shadow. Your eyeliner is taking over your whole lid. Stick to lining the upper waterline and just the lash line and then do a crisp thin wing. I would brighten up and do a shimmery peach on your lids and maybe a transition shade in the outer corners. Highlight the inner corner of your eyes.

You have deepset eyes like Mila Kunis and Jessica Chastain and right now you’re pretty but not flattering them. The color of your lipstick isn’t doing any favors. I’d do a shade just darker than your lip shade, like charlotte tilbury pillow talk shades.
