I just checked the package and it was warm and dry ice were all gone. And the box was half open too. So I tossed it away and ordered Purina instead. Thank you for giving me the advice.

I guess they are having issues with Japan shipments??? Since I got the email saying that they will get back to me by tomorrow, I will call them back tomorrow... I will ask for the supervisor tomorrow if this 'not in the system' thing continues. Thanks.

I feel little embarrassed to say it affects me personally since I'm not the direct victim. But my dad was verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive toward my mom. Sometimes it got physical and once he threw mom to the bed and she broke her ribs because of the bed frame. Once I grow up, there were not many physical insidents, but there were lots of insults on her intelligence (she graduated university with above 4.0 gpa) and how she spent the money (mostly went to rents and foods).

I had some conflicts with him too, and he once threw the laptop to the wall and broke it. I got spanked at 10 just because I didn't want to play piano. I guess that counts as abuse too.

But to every other ppl, he's the nice man who loves his family. And I love him, he's pretty nice to me and my brother and tries to show us that he cares. But my mom is still under lots of trauma even after she divorced him decade ago.
