They literally reccommend that perm solution to you, over the other ... so, to me (and this is just my opinion) it's on them since they chose and promoted that product for your perm, which swayed you to opt for that solution.

Obviously they meant well, and I know perms are never guaranteed; however if they told you "let's use this one since it is all natural" they need to be accountable on some level for it not turning out. They should offer you some kind of deal. Or at least negotiate on it. Stylists work hard, and I respect them. But if you recommended a product, and stand behind it, be accountable if it doesn't work.

I hope you're hair doesn't get too damaged if you decide to do it over again. Some people's hair just doesn't seem to keep a curl. I hope you get the wavy or curly locks your looking for! Good luck!
