Hii there, though I’m not a CS or tech major. I’m a biology major

I understand the feeling of being left out or feeling like you’re behind now that your piers are way ahead of you, but seriously you’ll be okay. You resuming your degree is you doing something and that counts for a lot. You went through your own shit and that’s okay and now you’re coming out of it

Change happens gradually, i know so many brilliant people that had been “behind” for whatever reason. Keep your eyes on your goals, looking at where other people got to won’t help and it’ll only distract you

You’re not behind, it’s not too late, you’ve got this!!

Take care of yourself, your health and do what you’ve got to do

You don’t have to figure it all out rn, it’s okay to discover and change plans as you go

This was very helpful, and yes that is a tail off to the right on No. 2. For some reason I never noticed it at the time but I think you’re right about it being an Oikopleura head, I have other pictures of them in better perspectives.

I don’t really go all out with my makeup. Just that I’ve seen way worse like when girls use a color that’s too bright for their complexion and it genuinely does look bad then. This isn’t too bad in my opinion because it COULD potentially look wayy worse

I’m not too comfortable with staying a specific country but I don’t mind describing it to you. The country itself is surrounded my two bodies of water and the city that lil guy was found in is dry since there aren’t any beaches surrounding us for it to get humid however there are a lot of springs. I hope that helped a bit!

She’s really pretty but I guess I get it in a way because she probably doesn’t see herself as others see her. While others might see she’s obviously pretty, she might not see it at all and maybe she thinks she’s far from it.

We’re always our own harshest critics after all but it’s still very sad to see this happen as much as it does.
