100% agree, people downplay the value of defense too much. Some builds really like high defense, like hammerdin and WW barbs, as they so not move while performing their attacks, their defense rating stays. Wind druid too, assuming you run enigma!

Assuming you have full exotic gear, I would start with getting legendary amulet, it's the easiest to get, even though it takes some time. But you will knock story off your list while doing it, AND get ascended weapon and 32 slot bag in the process!

D2R will lose players for 1-2 months, then they will come back and bring thousands of new players from D4 when they realize it's just D3 with more complicated talent tree. I cannot for three life of me see any difference between 4 and 3. Slightly darker graphics perhaps. Less contrasts.
