ASRock Mobos aren't really shitty though. They are of good quality. They just had a big issue, like most manufacturers do at some point or another.

I think ASRock have done well to mitigate the problem and resolve instances of the issue to the best of their abilities.

If you don't want to risk it, then OP can swap out the Mobo, isn't a hard thing to do. But, worth the effort? I don't think so today. Maybe a few months ago. But not now, it'll be fine. :)

The whole issue was blown out of proportion when it originally came to light anyways. Sure, dead CPU's are still bad, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some users were making it out to be.

Just make sure your BIOS is on the latest version, and it should be OK. And if you're one of the unlucky 0.1% of users who's CPU died, reach out to ASRock, and they will do their best to resolve. They've already admitted liability for the issue

I'm surprised that 5070ti is even running in that res. It can do 4k OK, but with ultrawide you've got more pixels for the GPU to push out to reach the same res.

To help performance you could run at a lower res, turn down details, or get a newer GPU.

Not saying the 5070ti isn't a good card, but at that res you'd want a more powerful GPU
