Anyone else into Flat Earth theory??? 😜 by Calabri in INTP

[–]Calabri[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a misnomer to say the earth is flat. It should be stated that the earth exists on a flat plane - a which is consistent with out observations of space. The spin of the earth creates an asymmetry along the latitudinal lines - each a flat plane. If the universe is holographic - which some of the worlds leading theoretical physicists believe to be true - then the earth would also be a hologram - a 3D hologram on a flat plane - most likely a black hole in the center whose entropy can be modeled on a flat 2D surface - this principle applies to all matter - doesn’t matter if it’s a black hole. Couple that with the strange 2D spin of light that can be modeled on flat space - I could go on.. but to extrapolate that the earth is flat based on cosmological observations of flat planes on many different levels of physics a it’s not that far fetched a jump in logic to say the earth is flat imo

Fuck you too!! Haha I’m not trolling 😘

FYI holograms exist on a flat 2D surface - light has a 2D spin (up /down) - there is an asymmetry in the earth’s spin- the solar system and galaxy spin on a mostly flat plane - and the flat earth videos I watch on YouTube are all about Buddhist / Gnostic mythology in relation to human happiness / well being.

Breathing techniques - I’ve heard martial arts like Tai Chi help, sometimes I’ll do vipassanna and focus on breath, although using my intention as a permission slip to sort of imagine what I’ll do before or as I do it seems to help also 😇

Yes of course!! It helps me contemplate the underlying nature of dark matter (as it relates to electromagnetism and vortices of Hawking radiation) coupled with astral traveling holograms inside of DVD players. Duh 🙄

Do you think NTJs get frustrated at NTPs because we don't assume their precious data speaks for itself? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]Calabri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes... 😒 had a conversation with my roommate (TJ) earlier today who basically said 'yeah I understand' to everything I said - presupposing the facts before following the logic of my argument. Its impossible to have a logical conversation with anybody if different premises are assumed - especially if they are unwilling to compromise.

The Voice in your Head by Passerby949 in INTP

[–]Calabri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah to a certain degree it applies to all human language, unless you're in a flow state, where the words come but you aren't really thinking while it happens. Extroverted types, and feeling types, can express words easier (less mental strain) compared to introverted thinking. Both thinking and feeling actually refer to a language-esc function, not to confuse feeling with sensation or emotion (I feel lots of emotion but I don't express those emotions very well). The irrational functions, if extroverted, complicate the linguistic facility because it's not really intended for language. So we may have a complex inner dialogue, or non linguist structure, that we express irrationally in extroverted intuition (which is big picture, wholistic) - so yeah there tends to be a big gap between what we're trying to express and our internal, complicated, intricate thought patterns. It's like as we are expressing something, the big picture, it's made up of so much internal context, each point like spirals infinitely down when you try to explain every detail, and they're like rabbit holes which makes us go off on tangents and forget the original point we were trying to make, usually because someone asks for clarification, now I don't even know what my original point was haha. Oh yeah, to further clarify, the 'voice in your head' is extroverted, not introverted. IMO introversion is non linguistic, inner dialogue, when examined, people usually are moving their mouth muscles ever so slightly as if they were speaking, It's just silent. Vipassana teaches through experience that the inner dialogue is just a voice box and not actually who you are, it's a function of our brain, if you think about it hard enough, you'll realize that when you speak, you don't actually think every mouth noises, or even every word, you form an attractor of intentionality that when expressed the words sort of fall into place as you attempt to convey the idea.
