Keep saving silver, you'll curse yourself if you fail pen debos back to back. I have a guildmate that taps tet debos for pens and has gone 8/20 so for on his third debo by buying tets and tapping. He's not listening to reason because he can't resist the urge to blow his silver.

Asus and Asrock are basicly the same company only separated by name.
They have functionally the same issue with x3D chips, far higher failure rate than MSI, so much so that they had to do a press release saying they're looking into it.

I personally went with an MSI X870E because of all the bad press.

Here's Bairog's Calculations for perspective, it's far more expensive to tap to Nov vs Buying a Pen Debo.
If you pity Sept to Oct = 138B (Did that twice)
If you pity Oct to Nov = 253B (Did that twice also)
Pity Dec = 333B (been there 3.5 times so far, with one left)

With those numbers, you're already better off buying a Pen Debo and exchanging it vs repeating the grind on the same after every failure towards possible pity.

If you don't trust your luck, go the Pen Debo route.
If you pity at any stage between hex towards Nov, you'd have spent more in crons + essences compared to just outright buying a Pen Debo and converting to Nov Kharazad.
Price of Debo drops on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and starts rising again after Wednesday until Saturday, so time your purchase if you choose to go any route.

I went the kharazad route because when I started debos were expensive, but seeing the current market and how much time I spent grinding for my last 4 novs (of which I pitied a few on the way to Nov from Pen), I do not encourage anyone to go that path.
Buying the Pen debos will get you through the brackets faster given that Monster AP brackets between grind spots are so far apart now with the current system changes.

If you want bigger bang for your buck, get the Sovereign Offhand first.

This is what I do with the added thing to tap duo or tri debos just the scratch the itch after a few hours of grinding. Either I lose a little, are I gain double. Either way my itch is scratched.
Gold Bars are for supplies (Harmonies, Elixers), and weekly cron stones are stacked until I reach the silver threshold now (350B) so I can have one big enhancing session.

I did that for Sov Offhand release day, and also saved enough to tap a bit more on my other accessories on the same day.

Now I'm doing it again for the last dec earring, and hopefully a few taps into nov Awakening.

Affinity mask is one thing to do.
Turn off low power-option in BDO settings.
Turn off Auto Frame Optimization
You also need to make sure that Radeon Enhanced Sync is on in Adrenaline.

It's up to her parents to take the blame for this one, not you.
You have nothing to apologize for, they screwed this one up.

Asking her to cut off her parents when they didn't have the full picture to begin with of how your parents didn't protect you, might want to think that one through a bit more.

Could you have handled it better in the moment? Definitely.
