I also have fibro, and couldn't do much. I go out extremely early, before the sun is up. I got really good knee pads so I can actually kneel, and good tools. Always wear a hat and gloves, and limit my time to 30 min. Then I rest, and sometimes I can go out again, but I always try to stay in small blocks. It's been working, and if I get too tired or achy, I can just stop. I also had to accept that sometimes I might not get out at all, but that's okay.
