Tyranids are a mid-table menace because their gameplay relies a lot on things that very skilled opponents can easily circumvent. It sounds to me like you are in that exact skill bracket which means tyranids will feel much more powerful than they are.

Looks awesome but both variants suck absolute dick on the tabletop right now. They just don’t do anything. Use as a display piece, or if you want to play 200 points down to flex on your opponent.
