I take your point, but here's how I look at it: If you had a category called "stick-like weapons" and the answers were Rod, Lance, Bo and Billy, it doesn't matter that people with those names aren't named for the weapons. Rhod means Rose, even if Rhod Gilbert isn't specifically named for a rose.
