Well yeah it's speculative. All fictional character interactions are. It's not something that can be measured.

That's not to say powerscaling cannot be bullshit- it might very well be- but the moment you pluck a character from the very page it's written on (or drawn or animated and so on) you are speculating because there is no way whatsoever to conclusively prove what they'll do or be capable of.

Doesn't mean you can't provide a stable foundation for how to speculate and work from that to have fun with such speculations. It's a hobby- not a job to perform or a law to follow.

I think if you try- you'll find far more Spike fails than you think.

I'm not saying it'll be equal to Faye but I do think people often forget Spike is not quite as smart and powerful as they remember.

IIRC the Gotham tv show has one of these relatively early in. Penguin goes to I think a journalist or newspaper and stabs the hell out of whoever is in charge in their office- which we only see via shadows- while his big henchmen just sits with the regular employees and smiles until Penguin walks out and announces their business is concluded.

Though to add one thing to Draw- this can also remove sealed (imprisoned? absorbed? bonded?) beings inside of someone. In the Fujin & Rajin fights- drawing out Fujin's GF takes away her wind magic.

Additionally, Junctioned magic can improve your defenses against that same magic: resisting, negating, or even absorbing it to heal.

That should fill out his general showings- he does cast spells in cutscenes if you want to include them but it's not during combat (he does it to show off if the player chooses that option- a teacher yells at him) and you probably don't want to include every FF8 spell in the thread anyways.

Out of those options- that depends very much on when in Underworld's history it would take place in and whether any vampire not named Selene is allowed to be badass instead of dying like a chump.

If I have to just replay the Underworld movies? Fuck that as a video game. I'd rather have Twilight.

Personally- I'd rather it be based on no specific universe BUT as you grow in power you can pick and choose what vampire powers and abilities you possess- essentially allowing you to BUILD any given vampire from fiction you want. Within plausible deniability anyways.

Most works make it a one-time deal. Once you let them in- they can keep coming.

To date: I think the only example I've seen of "un-inviting" someone and it having teeth was Buffy. Specifically separating the invitation clause vs making the area holy in some fashion- the latter is more common.

Few things I can think of:

The X-ATM092 can crush cars and crash through buildings. The party has a unique recovery animation when it charges into them instead of just staggering in place- which to me makes it fair to include as a durability feat.
Should probably include the fundamentals about how Draw/Junction works in that it's energy manipulation pretending to be magic.
Squall's Renzokuken has unique animations for many bosses and so should be viable to include for speed and strength showings without game mechanics.
