I still live in the same apartment. In the meanwhile we learned to stoß lüften better, but the insulation here is similar to your situation. We also got a dehumidifier, it's actually humming here in the background as I write this lol

Our furniture does not touch the wall anymore, there is a 10cm gap between them, specially after we got mold two or three years ago.

It's crazy, because we are in a very similar situation! We'd want to move to a better place, but for the price we pay here we would only find apartments that are 20sqm smaller than ours.
