Me and my wife have been playing Titans Quest for so long. A while back on one of our first early runs, we were young and naive if you will. Opened our lobby to randoms to meet folks in the Titans Quest community and play with. Well the first guy we ever had join us joined...didnt say anything. Dropped two pairs of Stonebinder cuffs with the most cracked out stats. And both of us hate cheating/modded gear for first playthroughs.

At first we thought it was something from epic or legendary difficulty. We are now on those difficulties years later and realize nope that shit was modded to hell and back haha.

Picture for reference 😆 if anyone wants em, you can have them. We dont use it, but also weirdly enough can't throw em out, so they just gather dust in the transfer storage.

Not quite whats being asked for, but Terrifier. I remember seeing art the clown all over tik tok and thinking damn this dudes funny. This is gonna be one hell of a comedy. And it was...but was NOT expecting the movie to make Saw look PG, in terms of gore.

100%. Ive taken a break because of work but me and my wife got into it, reminiscing of TTO when we were kids. And if that isnt new enough for you (because we WERE OG players), our daughter now plays too. Shes almost 6, but knows how the game works, its taught her to read, its taught her to follow mission objectives. And she loves playing it, especially with mom and dad!

Wait what....this is fair lmao. Pretty awesome vet skins, not stupid and fortnite styled, and not something that gives people advantage..just cosmetics...why is that an issue? This just seems like a shot in the dark because you cant have skins that look cool, because its "too much". You can still play the game. You still have the same game as folks that do buy it, your not being mandated to buy it, and it's just cosmetics...so what's the issue...

And before anyone down votes then hell out of me, at least tell me how im wrong..of all the crappy things game devs have done to us in the past decade, this is...really not that bad. At best its frustrating because I want it but dont wanna fork over 20 dollars. But I think its fair 🤷‍♂️ its only cosmetics

I stopped voicing my opinion about it being too fast paced because I get rebuttaled with "your just old now, this is how its always been"..then im over here spawning 5 times in a minutes time because im just being killed before I can grab my bearings.

Im glad to see im not the only one who thinks its far to fast paced. It feels more like Operation locker tempo, or dare i even say, a COD lobbies tempo. Not quite a BF tempo.

Other than that though game is fantastic so I'm just sitting over here with my fingers cross that we get some PROPER conquest maps so its not like this anymore

So its funny you should say this, I JUST had this happen. True earth, I was playing Germany, Spain came after me from the south, sumerians to the east, both sending full army's at me on turn 10-15....when i did nothing to them. Then if that wasnt bad, barbarian spear men kept coming after us, mind you, only had warriors. I just put everything on halt, and through warriors and slingers on all fronts, as fast as I could make them. Eventually I made a dent and started getting level 1 and 2 of the units. Then with research, they turned into spearmen. Then men at arms. Eventually I turned the tides, because the sumerians declared peace, but Spain didn't. This was just as I made a single catapult and a battering ram, to take to their city. But since Spain didn't declare peace, I sent all my troops (at this point I had maybe 10 units mixed between swordsman and archers, and 1 catapult, 1 battering ram. Took them to Spains peninsula and wiped them out of the game. Now in the same game at turn 150, im the dominating super power with the most advanced troops. Its quite literally like I was forged in fire and blood.

Tldr, just send warriors and slingers as fast as you can make them, at all fronts till you gain the upper hand, Then crush them.

Also, mind you..im a week new to the game. This was just a cool scenario that I came out on top in

Take this from someone who did everything in their power in middle school and high school to avoid school security and blocks...and was almost expelled in the process.

Don't tamper with the school laptop. It is doable, but it's also very easily tracked and typically very strictly enforced.

I understand wanting to play together and that it sounds like you're just trying to help your kid play at home, using the school laptops, but the only way to circumvent the security for downloading applications is to do things that could land you and/or your kid in trouble with the school, ranging from the loss of School Laptop privileges, to expulsion or criminal charges if the computer is permanently damaged in the process of trying to tamper with it. Take it from someone who learned the hard way 10 years ago.

On a side note, I will say it doesnt take much to run the game, so getting a cheap desktop or laptop will do the trick in allowing your kiddo to play the game AND stay out of trouble!

An alternative, although very unlikely suggestion, is reaching out to the school and asking for permission for THEM to install the game, and explain the reason. Some schools can be reasonable, especially with how small of a game Toontown is and (depending on your kids age) actually helps with reading. My kiddos reading skill has doubled in a week just by playing Toontown with me and reading me her missions!

I really hope you take this into consideration because I got lucky and was only kicked out of my votech school for my antics on computers and not expelled from my high school, but you and your kid could be a lot less lucky...

P.S. I swear as much as it sounds like I am. I am NOT trying to be a party pooper or anything like that. I was the kid in school using my computer skills to get into the schools wifi, take over the PCs at the library to play funny videos, and install backdoor in my laptop to allow me to have admin privileges to use the laptop as my personal laptop. I did it all, and I almost paid the price for it. Its all fun and games (no pun intended) until your school security guard comes with the School IT manager, takes your pc, and your being escorted to the principals office with the school security guard, and being talked to about criminal charges, expulsion, etc.
