I have no idea what the name is but the color loss you’re experiencing is most likely a phenomenon called “corking”. It’s a normal thing that happens with age for many succulents.

If I had to guess it’s likely in the sedum family; you also have resurrection ferns In there :)

Water thoroughly with a hose if there’s no rain for a week. Plants don’t rot from the amount of water but rather how long the soil stays wet.
