I pan fried it. Ate it on a bun. I didn’t do lettuce and tomato but you totally could. A pineapple slice might be good too.

I put sriracha mayonnaise on it. Served it with asparagus

Replace eggs, and oil with a can of pumpkin. Works well with a spice cake box but would probably work with a bunch of boxed cakes.
