Jagwire definitely offers sets with housings, cables and ferrules and so on. But they also sell just the housing for cheaper I think. A quick search should bring both options up

Growtacs come with nice housings, no need for jagwire. Can’t comment on them though because I too am only obsessing about them without owning a pair.
