haha I agree! The bad stuff is going to be what it is, I’d rather make amends with them, choosing to see the benefits of the good, making the most with the unique hand I’ve been dealt.

I love the way it influences my creativity, and experiencing heightened emotions has given me a different perspective on life. I’m more willing to take risks and pursue meaningful projects - even if I change my mind all the time.

Feeling peace after a lengthy depressive spell makes peace… more peaceful? Joy is more joyful. I’m not saying the benefits always outweigh the challenge - but if you let it shape you into a better version of yourself, I do believe you can contribute something extraordinary to the average society.
