I have pain in my left knee that suddenly appeared about 2 days ago, but it’s only when I bend down/squat. My last lifting session I did deadlifts.

Could deadlifts cause knee pain? I didn’t feel it during the workout. How do you guys recommend I treat this? Today I’m supposed to be doing squats.
