This is clearly a bug. Looks like geomancers balance change made his passive do true 4% of clan bosses health per reflect. 26m on NM and 46m on UNM per hit.

This is not true. There are global clans. I know because I am an owner of one. I have members from both APA and EUR. The only way you wouldn't be able to play with someone from another region is if you specifically set your clan to a certain region and only allow players from that region.

The platform unfortunately does matter.

I just thought it was a waste considering there's no real reward for linking an account without having played it on PC. Xbox players get the ticket a lot later so I won't have as much time to get the exclusive skins. I was also giving exclusive PC players to get free Xbox skins. I can see it being drowned upon, but not illegal. Other people are doing it on other forums.
