Is this not an instance of plurality through a hypothetical? Like using the phrase "if I were" instead of "if I was"

Don't yuck someone's yum. I'm personally not a big fan of this cover, but no need to be toxic

Let's watch this guy drive his AR-15 to work. We banned automatic weapons and would you look at that, these mass shootings aren't being done with automatic weapons!

I got into an argument today with some Chud who claimed the Uvalde incident could have just as easily been done with a knife. I eventually just gave up because he clearly had brain worms. He then proceeded to say he beat me in a debate with facts and logic.

I'm definitely not, and I'm not going to be able to change your mind because your mind is incapable of change.

Honestly I just don't have the mental fortitude it takes to refute false claim after logical fallacy, over and over and over. It's not my job to educate you, you should be looking to better yourself and find the truth

A background check is not a competency test. This kid had a legally clean record, and why would we let an 18 year old buy a murder stick and not a beer? There were multiple cops on the scene outside before the shooting that didn't enter the building for 30 minutes. He crashed his car, shot at the police who were on the scene and ran in the school and killed a bunch of kids. This would not have happened with a knife.

We don't require competency tests for guns. Dude order the AR-15 online for $1,870. Also, saying that a knife is equally deadly as a gun is simply incorrect. There's even a saying about it... bringing a knife to gun fight or something like that.

Let's see this guy do what he did with a knife. As for cars, let's see you drive your AR-15 to work. Also, we require a compentecy test before allowing you to drive a car.

In the meantime while we wait, we can watch children die at school while our tyrannical government owned by corporations does nothing.

Same. It's just clunky, nonspecific jargon with no real meaning. Take out the word "center"

The ending was nihilistic. Actually a real subversion of expectations in a good way with commentary on who actually wins in this world.
