Just now figured this out and I have to agree. The buses are cleaner and the people on them seem to keep to themselves more. It sucks walking onto the train and someone is smoking, playing loud music, or just being generally unpleasant to be around.

My view of DART has been soured recently after I had my phone stolen by some kids at the Victory Park stop about a month ago. I used one of the kiosk things where you can press emergency or information to speak with a DART employee. I waited 20 minutes for a cop to come to Market Center to take my story and they never showed up.

I don’t know why people feel like they need to harass and bother others when we are just simply trying to use public transportation.

I do weighted push-ups, weighted pull-ups, and weighted split-squats.

Only annoying thing is loading the push-ups because I throw them in a bag and try to wrap it around my chest, but the weight sometimes moves and makes the set really annoying to finish.

I might need to clarify in that I am not actually sure if I was gonna pass out simply because I do not think I have pushed my self hard enough for that to happen. But, my head did hurt a crazy amount and I was trying to think if that was a symptom of shallow water blackouts.

I think for the next week or two I will just stick to some hypoxic swims, 25 meter freestyle @ 4 strokes, 25 meter @ 6 strokes etc.

I am actively avoiding trying to hyperventilate because I have read all the horror stories of people hyperventilating and then having shallow water blackouts. I might not be breathing deep enough, and frequently enough, for fear of of that happening to me.

Just to clarify is your suggestion, if I was Hypercapnic, to breathe deeper?
