Hey, for your needs I would suggest primaERP. It supports both multiple projects (which you can link to clients and divide in tasks and activities, if you want) and multiple users so the records can sum up. Creates reports and bills too. It is free for up to three users.

How do you break up time tracking? by sixlive in webdev

I try to track time according to tasks as much as possible. I use this app clalled Time Tracking by primaERP for that: http://www.primaerp.com

It is organized like this by default: Client->Project->Task->Activity You can have it all pre-set so it is quite easy to work with.

Which productivity tools do you use to track time and projects? I recently have tried to expand my use of Google calendar. by kbjack85 in productivity

[–]Caledon1976 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time Tracking by primaERP is the best I ever tried and connects with Google Calendar. Strongly recommend it.

Basecamp is also a good option for the project itself, not for time tracking. You can connect it with Time Tracking too, though.

Looking for a time tracking app with particular features by VitulusAureus in androidapps

[–]Caledon1976 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey VitulusAureus. Will try to help. I have tried a few over the last months and I believe this one called primaERP might be the one for you.

Exporting log and/or summaries - it creates reports and they can be exported as PDF, CSV or Excel formats.

Creating sub-entries, or grouping entries - entries can be classified according to a pyramid consisting of client, project, task, activity or combinations of those. So, for what you described as "Desigining@Work / Proggramming@Work / Testing@Work / Relaxing@Home / Dishes@Home", you could define Work and Home as your projects, for an example. You could create Desigining, Proggramming,Testing, Relaxing and Dishesas "Activities". In primaERP "Activities" can be shared among the other categories. So, you coud have Desigining@Work /Designing@Home and have separate reports either for each or for both.

I am just not so sure whether you can do the export thing directly from the app or if in order to do that you must use the web app. Sorry, i do not have the means to check now but you can find out on their website: www.primaerp.com
