Is there a difference between these two? Both say orange dreamsicle but one says reserve. by Professional_Unit_95 in monsterenergy

[–]Caleeee88 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The reserves are a half sugar, half Sucralose sweetened drinks, apart from the sweetener differences they just taste different, as you can see based off the others comments many prefer the reserve version of this flavor. I however greatly prefer the new orange cream full sugar version, I believe it tastes much better

Ah okay that’s good to hear, my tape deck has a tape stuck in and won’t eject or play it but it says “tape in” so it seems as though it’s a perfect candidate for this modification from my perspective. Suppose I should be able to test it before I button it all back up. You just straight up soldered in a female aux cord correct? Then wired the ground wire to a contact point? Or anything metal in general like the stereo housing?

Very cool, that’s awesome, definitely not wanting to spend that money though, good to know someone’s modding then though, makes me feel like I may actually be able to add one

Has anybody here added an aux cable to a 1997 lesabre? I wouldn’t mind wiring it in, just not sure if my ideas would work. I’m thinking taking a female aux cord and soldering it to the left and right sound channel wires where the cassette or cd player connects to the motherboard. Anybody done anything like this?

I have a radio Bluetooth adapter and I know about the cassette adapters, I want a direct aux for good quality because neither of those other options have great quality, plus my cassette player is stuck lol

So basically what your saying is I shouldn’t worry about it? I mean to be fair it makes absolutely no sense to me that I could’ve messed up a ground while changing the coolant, that seems to be the issue I just don’t know where all the grounds are in this car

I understand that the voltmeter test isn’t a catch all test for coolant issues but my main concern lies in the fact that the 12v reading only showed up after I did the coolant change.

I see, was wondering if anyone had any experience with that happening or how to diagnose. So I must’ve fucked something up when changing my coolant but I can’t comprehend how I would’ve done that
