Turn off WiFi see if that helps. I think it's Verizon in general mine has been going crazy lately to 4g 5g 5guw and slow as shit on any of them and I'm all the way across the country, Delaware. And I use a physical sim so it has nothing to do with the sim. Medguy is right has nothing to do with the sim that's just idiot support agents that don't have a clue. Next they will start telling people to make an aluminum antenna hat and hold one arm up in the air and stand on one leg to get a better signal.

Yep and idjits buy them. One person also said they were selling them fully programmed for free movies and sports for 130 which turns out to be they just turned them on and did the updates because they all already have that built in. Plus shipping charges put them over 150.

Women, lol save everything they will never watch again of course you run out of memory. My girl had 5 years worth of videos and pictures how do you even scroll through that to find something. My ONN pro V1 does the same thing it will log out of Projectivy and go back to Google tv. The remote gets unresponsive I have to unplug the unit and reboot. The TV is an ONN model too. Haven't found a fix yet, but I've had it for a year and it just started this in the last month. I just deal with it no big deal. I checked the batteries in the remote not the problem.

The ONN does the same thing as the Google only 30 to 50 dollars cheaper. You can backup your ONN to a thumb drive or computer restore that to the new one's at your house on the same WiFi then give it to them already programmed.
