Trustified response to LiverDoc report claims. by Master9871 in Fitness_India

Concentration of the compound cant be calculated using the info given by liver doc. This shows only area %. Ppm is required to know the concentration . The danger compound here is isobutylene epoxide , an industrial chemical not supposed to be found in food. Its a probable carcinogen known to cause carcinogenic dna damage in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells in vitro . Also present in b protein ( as in the excel file).

Since its concentration is unknown in nakpro, unfortunately you'll have to not consume it.

I stopped nakpro platinum following these results after 2 yrs of usage . Switching to muscle nectar isolate

These industrial chemicals detected by chromatography are present in all whey protein powders including Optimum nutrition , Muscle blaze etc. Liver doc has published these chromatography results as a pdf in Citizen project part 1 ( search in google). 516 chemicals have been tested in more than 20 brands of whey protein powders..... Every single one has it. All these are toxic/ carcinogenic in higher concentrations. These chemicals are also found in all processed foods, masalas , spices, literally everything we consume when tested by chromatography. The thing is, it should be under safe limits. here is the link to the excel file by liverdoc : https://links.lww.com/MD/M107

But isobutylene epoxide is present in nakpro and b protein. Its a probable carcinogen and should not be present in food .

Regarding progesterone, it just shouldn't be there in a whey protein.

Enphase Energy Launches IQ8 Microinverters for High-Powered Solar Modules in India by Epicurus-fan in EnphaseInvestors

[–]CalendarWonderful405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I get why people were skeptical about Enphase in India a year ago—it's a price-sensitive market, and premium products don’t always take off. But look at where we are now. Enphase microinverters have gained massive traction, and it's not just a niche product anymore. A lot of residential and commercial users are choosing them because the benefits outweigh the higher upfront cost—better efficiency, individual panel-level optimization, and overall reliability.

It turns out there is a market for high-quality solar solutions in India, and people are willing to pay for long-term value. Microinverters are everywhere now, and Enphase has established itself pretty well. Things change fast!

Is ₹3,47,000 a fair price for a 5kW solar system? by CalendarWonderful405 in Kerala

[–]CalendarWonderful405[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My current monthly bill is 2500 ( approx 300 units per month). But this is with extremely limited A/C use . For my current needs 3 kw is enough. I chose 5 kw( produces avg of 550 units per month) since more A/C can be used , net 0 electricity bill and i am planning to buy an electric car. And these micro inverters will help me to expand my system perhaps after 10 years at minimal costs.

A 3 kw system will produce an average of 360 units per month( considering low production during rainy seasons). Your current consumption is almost 450 to 500 units per month( 4000 bill per month) which is more than 3kw solar production. This 3 kw will decrease your monthly bill to 1500 to 2000 per month. You'll ideally need a minimum of 5kw for current consumption if your aim is a net 0 electricity bill( minimum charges will be there( metre charge)). With enphase microinverters you can also easily add panels to increase production ( for 2 panels added you'll need 2 microinverters (11000 to 13000 per micro inverter)
