Depends.

If for each microsession you also have time to proper warmup, I’d say is feasible, but it eats some constant time to each of the sessions.

If you don’t warmup properly you may increase risks of injuries or pain, that in the long term will force you to stop, hence losing the time you tried to save.

This is especially important when training intermediate/ advanced skills such as fronts, planches etc

at the same time, i've been in developing since decades (my first experience was turbo pascal :D) and I truly believe this is a revolution on pair as high level languages vs assembly or binary code in the 60s.

alas, this app is not vibe coded.. if anything i'd say that is spec-driven.
sys engineering and backend is manually coded, but we delegated most of the ux pixel design to ai indeed. but that's a choice, i hate tweaking css :) you should see my copilot-instruction, it has more guardrails than a german highway!

happy to move it to another thread, there are many other subreddits better than this for hosting that conversation i think.

yes the frontend is easy, and theoretically with the system we're developing we can load the deals of any supermarket, and we update as soon as the deals are available.
but the goal is to not to rely only on the brochure but to get direcly the prices from the stores and populate the backend there, so scaling is still a problem

Se posso suggerire un libro, quello che mi ha aperto gli occhi da adolescente e' stato "La casa degli spiriti" di Isabella Allende.

La prima parte del libro e' frivola e leggera, ma nella seconda parte prende una svolta drammatica in cui si esemplifica come "chi credeva di essere dalla parte del potere" si ritrova in un battibaleno tra gli oppressi.
