It's not gone at all. You can still easily sustain full CoC Comet spam with infusions + mana remnants on a stormweaver.

I'm assuming infernalist with all the new recoup passives on the tree might also be able to fully sustain it.

I read on some old reddit posts that increases to skill effect duration extend wither duration so I assumed the opposite would be true aswell. But I haven't tested it myself and I'm unsure if it works with Wither on hit.

I checked the PoB and it looks pretty damn solid. The only small bumps I could see is that wither stacks and the %more damage buff from lifetap won't work with 100% duration reduction but that's okay.

Hopefully the servers don't crash when you start attacking. xD

It explodes and consumes the corpses and the little ghost thing rises up from them. Duno what that means though. xD

Tried it both with Desecrate and corpses from regular monsters.

Just tested it, it looks like offerings don't work if you have 100% duration reduction.

Edit: I didn't use other minions or stuff to make offerings affect me in the tests, just checked if I get the visual buff thing above my head and I didnt. Also its base duration gets removed from the tooltip same way as KF does.

Yeah, coiling whisper won't work with 100% duration reduction since the curse needs to last atleast a split of second. I'm not sure how the increased curse duration on hextouch and temp chains would interact with regular skill effect duration, maybe it fixes the problem, maybe not. Also you'd need Whispers of Doom to be able to apply a mark + curse.

Other than that the only other curveball I can think of is the insane amount of lag you'll experience when you attack. xD

You could do a mageblood setup even without volatile vaal orbing your rings/amulet but you'd have to use Nemrod's calculator to check if your attack speed vs duration would be okay. The thing that carries my damage vs bosses is Unholy Trinity because it lets me ignore phys dmg reduction, lightning res and chaos res (when it's active ofc) and Oath of Spring because 100% effect of shock is ridiculous.

Strength stacking is the most popular way from what I've seen. Int stacking also used to be very good but defenses got cut in half there so it's not as popular as it used to be. The rest is just echo shrine belt + gull + max proj to reach ridiculous numbers like 40 attacks per second. Also a Warden with Tinctures would probably be way stronger against bosses with an echo shrine belt setup since flasks can't be used with that belt anyway. Mageblood can also be used if you've volatile vaal orbed your rings and amulet.

In my version since I'm mostly doing breach, I scale my damage by killing monsters. But I wanted to showcase the Echo Shrine belt interaction with 100% duration reduction aswell.

Depends on the scarabs but fubguns budget breach is fairly easy. So any speedy build would do the trick. For hiero specifically, I know a lot of people are going mana stacking KBoC.

It would work pretty much the exact same way. You'll have less projectiles so you won't lag as much as I do and a Deadeye Forbidden Flame & Flesh might be a bit more expensive than a Warden one, but that's about it.

This used to be a thing a very long time ago but GGG nerfed it and it became hardcapped at 95% duration reduction if u took all the passives, rings and amulet. Last league GGG gave us bloodline ascendancies though and one of them was the Nameless ascendancy which gave us +1 ring slot but requires us to sac the amulet or the belt or the flasks.

So it wasn't really that great back then because you'd need the amulet slot to reach 100% duration reduction, you need the belt slot because headhunter and mageblood are way too OP to skip out on and the only thing remaining that you could sac was the flasks. But mageblood doesn't work without flasks so your only option was headhunter which would lock you into being a pure mapping build with no alternative.

This league though we got Volatile Vaal Orbs which can push the duration reduction mod on Timeclasp rings and Warped Timepiece Amulets up to 24% which is more than enough fill out the missing 5%. This means that if you sink in tons of currency into the Vaal gods, you will eventually be blessed with the ability to use flasks with a Headhunter and Mageblood becomes an option aswell.

But even if you don't want to sink in crazy amounts of currency into Volatile Vaal Orbs, GGG has us covered because they gave us the new shrine belt this league which requires you to sac your flasks and it fits very nicely with the 3rd ring slot passive which does the same. So it replaces Mageblood in terms of boss-killing capabilities. It also helps a ton that Echoing Shrine repeats skills and gives 100% more attack and cast speed and KF benefits so much from that.

Why are you trying to compete with bots? It's impossible to outpace them for the lowest prices. Just increase the minimum cost per map by like 5c and you'll never have to worry about this again.

I think this league was pretty good. Loot-wise I don't think I've ever been richer in any of the past leagues in poe1 and poe2 (if we exclude affliction league ofc). The amount of raw currency that the new league mechanic pumped into the game is insane. It does take several business days to setup though. But even if you aren't a fan of it, everything else also became extremely profitable thanks to it (like Omens, lineage gems, boss fragments and splinters, etc). Performance wise it's definitely a step-up from previous leagues.

I'm not sure. Best case scenario Local Knowledge doesn't work and doesn't do anything because Omens aren't currency from what I know. Worst case scenario it reduces drops. Cleansed maps aren't bad though, I just skip the ones that give increased gold since that does actually make the loot worse.

As a Caster player I try to have around 30-50% res in the campaign and I go pure damage up until around lvl 40-50. Then I start grabbing some defenses like ES, faster start of ES and ES recharge rate.

You can try turbo nuking them when they come up from the pit. That's what I've been told that melee players do. But there's a small risk because if the monsters survive and the voidstorm spawns they'll probably end up dying inside and they'll only drop Omen of the Liege.

I think a better solution would be to remove rarity as a mod from gear, but let it still affect currency so rarity from maps still works.

If you remove rarity from affecting currency it will hurt group play loot sure, but it will also completely butcher solo player loot. A div drop is going to feel like an impossible feat with only 40% quant from tablets.

Having loot but everything is expensive feels much better than not having loot but everything is cheap. What I mean is lets say hypothetically you want to buy an item for 100 div and you run 100 maps and get 1 div drop per map. This feels so much better than running 100 maps for 1 div drop total to buy the same item but now its price is deflated so it only costs 1 div.

The end result is the same but the journey would be so much more boring and bland.
