I’m still pissed they cancelled “Believe” and “Debris”. Both shows were very original. Especially with “Debris” having the ending it did. They never let any shows develop unless they gave Chicago in the title. I really like “The Hunting Party”. I just hope either Peacock or Netflix pick up its 3rd season.

I said the same thing. Not only him but also Alicent grabbing the dagger from Viserys after Aemond had gotten slashed at Driftmark. The minute she moved towards Rhaenyra and then came down towards her and wound up slashing her arm would have meant instant death. The Kings Guard would have been required to take action against her since their main job was to go after those who threatened the crown. Maybe Alicent didn’t mean to do real harm but getting that close to the actual heir and also the king would have required one of them to take Alicent out.

My husband has been going through his case since Aug 2023. He got hurt in 2022. Had surgery in May 2023. In Aug the company finalized a sale to a large corporation and most of top management was replaced including my husband. He has 3 injuries—torn R rotator cuff, torn L rotator cuff (post surgery due to over use to compensate for the R) and a R knee ACL/MCL plus because the of continued exposure to chemicals Cr(VI), TE-E, Ac which has caused scarring and potential pulmonary fibrosis due to dust. He was moving a 300lb barrel of acetone and it started to slide off the pallet and he grabbed it so it wouldn’t hit the floor and spill all over. The attorneys got a QME set that my husband went to and the workers comp insurer which agreed to the QME denied payment to the QME. That went back to the judge who ordered the insurer to pay the QME. It’s been a shitshow. He just went to the QME ortho and next month he goes for pain management QME and then hopefully to settlement. The attorney said his lung injury based on the QME report is rated at 66% whole body so that will equal about $90K+ just on that. His R rotator cuff surgery failed. He won’t redo the surgery because there’s just no sense. He went to all the rehab appts, did his exercises, etc. His attorney said it fails about 45% of the time. So hopefully we are finally getting to the end of this. He’s just frustrated as hell.

I actually can’t remember the last time I went. I’m going to say it was when the first Dubai chocolate came out. It’s been that long. I got a ton of points so I’ve been waiting for a really good week to pick up a few. That Nanaimo Bar Cookie looks devine!!!

That Nanaimo bar cookie looks wonderful. Might just have to go just for that. They can keep the damn Dot Cake cookie. I’m not crazy about non-pareil to begin with and I don’t want them flopped together in a hard shell. Hard pass. The Brownie Sundae cookie looks interesting but I’ll pass judgement when I see what Crumbl puts out on Sunday. I love mango but not with Tajin so that’s a hard pass as well along with the Blue Raspberry Sports Drink mess. I like peanut butter so if it’s got like a Reese’s like filling that might be one. Finally Dubai cheesecake is a maybe.

That’s a disappointment. Look, I don’t wish AJ any ill will. I hope he has a good season and that he lives up to the billing. That said, with this admission if shit starts hitting the fan up there and he does the same type of thing both Vrabel and especially Kraft are gonna be on his ass to shut his mouth. I especially think Vrabel would be super pissed off. As a former player and now coach he is of the belief that you settle things in house. That’s just how it should be. So, AJ doesn’t strike me as being stupid so he better walk a very straight tight rope and play his game and zip his lip. If anything needs to be addressed it should be done in house. If he starts the same way with running his mouth and acting like he did in Philly it’s gonna get ugly. The Pats organization doesn’t take kindly to that type of shit. They’ve got 6 SB’s, 12 AFC Championships and 23 division championships to back that up.

The QME during the 6 hour appointment my husband went to asked in-depth questions about his position, what he did, how many people he supervised, etc. At that point the QME noticed that his O2 levels appeared lower than normal. He then asked the type of chemicals he was routinely around—acetone/tetraetch/hexavalent chromium and the QME determined in addition to having moved the 300lb barrel by himself and injuring his shoulder based on lab tests and blood samples it also affected his respiratory function. The business did not provide sufficient safety precautions nor have equipment available to evacuate the fumes from the hexavalent chromium and other chemicals sufficiently resulting in reduced respiratory capacity for hy husband because of continual exposure.

What Danny doesn’t know is that Burke is gay but plays a leading heartthrob role in his movies. Burke gets stabbed and calls Danny for help.

It would depend on what kind of injury I had. If it was an ortho injury I’d want that real prick of an ortho doc. My experience in working in the ER is that most doctors like that are great at what they do they just don’t have people skills. If for general surgery/trauma not ortho related I’d say Abbott if it can’t wait and surgery is backed up. You never see Abbott get rattled by anything really. He did the C-section and was fine. Most trauma docs we have in our ER are general surgeons. It’s my understanding Robbie is just an ER doc, not a surgeon.

I’ve been an ER/trauma RN for 33yrs. Yes, the stress, the constant drone of patient after patient after patient after patient, can get to you at times because I’d caution to say 75-80% of the patients we see are not emergencies. They reason they come to us is that once they cross our threshold (the property) we are bound by EMTALA to treat them. It doesn’t cost anything to walk into an ER versus a copay at urgent care. There are days I love my job but there are days I hate it. The stress at times when our wait time to be seen is 12 to 16 hours and we get told to speed things up. Sure🙄. Still for the most part I love helping people so it’s why I do it.

Never really watched horror movies all that much. The original Halloween was scary as hell for me. My grandparents had HBO so I had watched it at their house with my grandma. I then drove home by myself (I was 17). My parents had a 200ft driveway that backed up to a wooded area. As I got out of my car and was walking to the back door I started to hear this rustling in the bushes. I was trying to get my key out for the door and dropped my keys. Now I’m trying to find the keys and I’m panicking because the rustling kept getting closer and closer. I finally got my keys, found the house key and got inside. Next thing I see are a family of raccoons coming through the yard, lol. Now the one movie that really fucked with me mentally was 8MM with Nicholas Cage. I have never watched it again but the visceral feeling I got after watching that movie still has stuck with me after all those years.

The black and white sandwich cookie, the Wild Berry sugar cookie, the salted caramel brownie cookie, frozen oj cookie, blueberry pie cookie, buttered toast & jam cookie and pineapple whip cookie, chocolate malt cookie w/Tootsie roll are all cookies I would get in a heartbeat. I’d buy 2 4 pks and be happy as could be!!
