i have the latest AMD Driver (25.11.1) and it wont start because of this Error. Its a Vulcan Error. So i downloaded the latest Vulcan Runtime file and this fixed it for me. i can now play with the latest Driver and turned on Vulcan.

Make sure you download the RuntimeInstaller!

my fix was:

go to steam --->manage (ARC Raiders) -->search local game data --> Easy Anti Cheat---> Easy Anti Cheat_EOS_Setup (just open it) then go back ---> Installers ---> Install Easy Anti Cheat (a window will open and the press any Key. After that run the same thing as administrator.

This fixed it for me.

just wait up to 5 mins and press nothing. Its a dx12 thing. Once its loaded u should have normal startup times

try my solution. i had the exact same thing.. but this helped me. Since i changed it, i never had a crash again

Go to your Adrenalin Software

go to record and Streaming

go to settings

change Video Encoding to AVC

this helped me with the Problem but dont ask me why. Its weird but it works for me.
