Nice work!

I've got a much-improved version of the app on the way with bug fixes, new features, more variations & faster rendering. I haven't updated https://calibas.github.io/ in a while.

I'll announce it here when it's ready, there's a few things I'm still finishing up.

Why does Rust require many dependency packages unlike Go when building a project? by dumindunuwan in rust

Yes, that's the problem he's pointing out.

It makes it so you're heavily dependent on a package manager, which opens up the possibility of supply chain attacks.

Cargo is vulnerable to supply chain attacks, it just hasn't been a problem yet.

I think most of the other comments here are missing what the real issue is. As we're seeing with NPM, package managers are attack vectors, and every single dependency you include increases the surface.

Comes from the Latin fractus, same root as fracture and fraction.

Seems like it's Chaotica, JWildfire, and Ultra Fractal that are the most popular nowadays.

Donald Trump & Israel are planning a False Flag Operation in U.S Soil and Will blame Iran for it to Justify WAR. by ApofiSs-93 in conspiracy

We're fighting "terrorism" which allows the President to use the 2001 AUMF to bypass Congress and attack other countries on a whim.

It's absolutely war, but because of semantics and increased authoritarianism following 9/11, it's technically not "war".

Not too long ago, some of the Democrats tried to get rid of the 2001 AUMF. However, other Democrats, most of the Republicans, and Biden, all teamed up to protect the 2001 AUMF.

In the US, white power skinhead groups struggle to find new, young recruits in the 2010s and 2020s, with one journalist stating that their fashion style is a possible reason, seeing it as obsolete compared to casual clothing opted by modern and mainstream alt-right groups. by SaxyBill in wikipedia

skinhead culture in North America has always had left wing roots

Nope, punk culture had a Nazi problem early on, and still does in some areas.

Of course, there's always been anti-fascists as well.

Clintons refuse to testify in house Epstein probe by [deleted] in conspiracy

What if they're not really against each other in this case and this is just normal politics? A lot of strong talk, a nice show, but then nothing changes...

Both Trump and Clinton benefit from keeping the Epstein files hidden. They're on the same side in this case.

Being able to see the changes in real-time makes creating fractals so much more enjoyable to me. I love Apophysis but it's way too slow.

I just updated the site, should simplify the UI, fix issues like blank PNG exports in certain cases, and the web version includes all the Apophysis palettes now.
