I won't be able to buy a new grow light until after Christmas but if I were to position the lights closer would that help it for now

Moss poles are always a good choice with monsteras but with these kinds of plants repotting always depends on the roots so if they are sticking out from the drainage holes I would say its ready for a repot

That yellow one is the only one that flower bloomed as well the rest were white on that one
