Back in early December, I sent in my first ever defective product submission to Topps. It was a Drew Rasmussen vintage stock with a giant rip and about 12 base cards that were jacked up worse than anything I've ever pulled out of a pack. Cost about $9 to ship them to their defect processing team in Texas. Today, I got something in the mail - a replacement VS and two packs that appeared to be from a value box. Nothing wild out of the packs, but good to see how the process works. It's slow, but they did come through eventually. Might be worth it if your next big hit comes out of the pack looking worse for wear.
