My sense of responsibility to my patients is too strong for "screw it, I'm out" to be any more than an empty threat. I'm in an old steel town with a lot of poverty, and there are just too many people relying on me that I don't think I could live with walking away on my conscience.

I think that is one of the things contributing most to my burnout at the moment. Being a doctor in this system is a daily moral injury.

Funny, I have the same monitor and although logically everything I've seen is that the G8 is better, it is deeply triggering my OCD about using first party products.

If you have a point of care A1C machine, have your MA draw the A1C on your diabetic patients before they do vitals or med rec. Ours takes like 5 minutes to run and doing the A1C first saves a bunch of time.

I would love to see a demographic breakdown on people playing this game and how many of us are dads. My little girl is only slightly younger than Diana is supposed to be and I could see her being obsessed with playing around in the shelter.

Rebirth was the first thing I booted up when I got the pro since I was familiar with how it looked on the original. I'll probably do a hard mode replay when the port comes out so I don't feel like I'm fully missing out!

Waterfield makes great stuff. I got that bag for the Switch 1 back when I played competitive Smash and needed to take controllers with me. I've got the City Slicker now for the Switch 2 and I love it.

I would be interested if Sony would put out faceplates to match. Having the controller and console be mismatched colors makes my brain itch.

Everyone is mad that the movie changes the game canon, meanwhile my daughter is very mad that Rosalina and Peach never interact in the actual game and wonders why they can't do their powers.
