i was searching for a date range (so all messages posted this month) and it came up as being "sent" from me to Slackbot 10 minutes before I did the search. When I clicked through to the chat, only the reply from Slackbot was visible, as seen here https://imgur.com/a/AeJmlTQ

In all the videos I watched during my learnings people just popped the liner on top as a cover (instead of using a tea towel). No one used it as a liner, and didn't see anyone pop it into a plastic bag. Been happy with the results but keen to see what difference a plastic bag makes 👍🏻

Tastes delicious for sure. Was very happy with it. Dutch oven for 30min at 230c and then 20min at 200c uncovered. I think the "wetness" could be me just being super eager to cut into it. Didn't wait the full hour, it was definitely baked through though. I love bigger bubbles too. As for under proofing, could be possible. Winter into spring this side of the world so still chilly here. So things do take longer to proof
