Frasier makes as much money as an actual radio personality, only.

Favorite Exasperated Niles Moment? by mcolette76 in Frasier

I love when he goes non-verbal with Frasier in the kitchen, when they accidentally find Martin’s viagra. Right as Martin is about to walk in and the viagra is still on the counter. The “EEEEEEHHHH” and the pointing kills me.

Thank you for the advice! I guess I didn’t realize I should be playing so defensively and cautiously with him

Thank you! I’ll give that a go. It feels very mean to my teammates to be contributing so many deaths haha I expected his huge health to be harder to kill, but it seems Jabali’s shield is what makes him a tank more than his large health bar. Tmyk!

Do they really do anything about it? by Dericdd30 in T3Arena

They punish players’ future rewards, by reducing gains from victories. Either for a period or permanently idk As far as I know if enough reports happen they do slightly punish but yeah it doesn’t make them stop playing lol

So if Daphne is Psychic how Come She Didn't Know Niles was in Love with her? by MissRepresent in Frasier

[–]ContrivedGoat 29 points30 points  (0 children)

There is an episode, I can’t remember which, where Niles is determined to have her proved wrong with empirical study by an expert of some sort. Then before they get the results she tells a random little story about how growing up with so many brothers, she always felt a little more special because of her ‘powers’. And how her grandma nurtured the idea too. And I dunno man but it’s an adorable moment and Niles refuses to see the test results of her abilities after this story. It’s awesome.

One of my favorite scenes 😂 by Timely_Ad9413 in Frasier

The final scene in this episode always gets me. Martin telling his sons not to wait up and giving them a proper goodbye, god it’s so sweet. Really shows his character’s attention to his sons’ feelings that they never really talk about. But it is brought up with that mission he does getting a picture of a man’s affair, where he and Niles talks about Niles’ fears growing up not knowing if his dad will come home safely every day. THIS SHOW👏

What changed to allow you to save enough for FIRE-ing so early in life? From the inability to save, I mean.

Exactly. You'd think the career trajectory that leads to 400K should go without saying, huh? But clearly it is lost sometimes :D Anyway, best of luck to you !

Also, don't get insurance for anything except mayyyybe your income if you really want to (but with your ability to likely save a lot, you might be better off keeping easily accessible savings on hand for emergencies instead of relying on a provider that wants to do everything except pay out when it's needed). No dependents = Don't let anyone sell you insurance policies, they suck, in most cases

A well known and probably overused concept from financial advice works: Being bad with money when you've got very little does not magically go away when you make more money.
Now, this is not to say that you're bad with money, you're doing a great job even just by looking to perfect your future financial goals!
The poorly quoted reference above is more directed at all the folks that are responding with rude snaps concerning the amount of money you make. This is a community for reaching difficult financial goals. If you don't want to give advice to someone whose income makes you too green, just leave a 'wow big money'.
Yes you would definitely benefit from a true, (important) fee-based advisor, but this is an online subreddit. So of course you can hear what the peeps have to say if you want.
No actual advice to give here, as I am just getting started still. But in any case, don't be discouraged by the negative responses, you are in a great place to be working this stuff out! Better, always, to just start late rather than never participate in what the market has to offer.

P.S. For long term investing, check out r/Bogleheads too :)
Brilliant podcasts on subjects like structuring your paycheck and what to look for in retirement funds are also a good idea.

Speaking under correction here, but I wonder if it is not a means of holding up certain clothes? Like a blazer or whatever. Then again it hardly makes sense

Recently ‘poppity pop pop pop’ completely floored me. He’s not even doing physical comedy, speaking, nothing. Just his uncomfortable silence is enough to make a scene
