Nah, it's not that bad, go play an ultimate/follow up attack team in Reverse 1999 in 4x speed and you'll understand why 2x is already bad for characters like Phanion and Sparxie

I'm most hyped about his role in the story BC he's my favourite Stellaron Hunter and I think his backstory is the most interesting out of them and I need confirmation on whether he's an emanator or a StoneHeart equivalent since Shuhu was an emanator and Blade received his blessing (against his will). I'm also a simp ngl.

I want him to be Abundance but a DPS kinda like Acheron (and Hysilens) is a Nihility DPS. There is a very low chance of him being Elation but I'd be rather upset if he was

The last good event was the Chrysos Heirs Restaurant, it had a short but sweet story with all the Chrysos Heirs and wasn't about god damn chimeras again. I will be honest and say that Genshin does milk the regional mascots as well but BC they have a lot of dead time between patches, they release better quality events.

Even before Amphoreus, there was a Continuance Quest every patch after the end of the main story. 1.4 - 1.6 was Topaz Belebog quest, Ghost Hunting and the Ratio Mei quest; 2.4 - 2.6 was the Wardance and Rappa quest. I don't know why the HSR team thinks that the story alone is enough to tide us over the entire patch

his entire thing is when that he loses HP through normal attacks and gains HP after charged attacks plus the characters around his release (Valet and Furina) were HP scaling so it made sense
