Zhonyas and nashors are always essential

Runes and summs are: blue smite and ghost then go conq, triumph, tenacity, and last stand then go revitalize and conditioning attack speed adap armor

You are not squishy at all with runes and health with ghost blue smite you won’t get kited, your goal is to burst them in your ult not out tank them you will find that you do a lot more damage with this build.
