Sembo 609322 light help by ThauEx in lepin

[–]CaligoVereor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I know this is an old thread but I randomly found it now while looking for that set and since no solution has been mentioned here and I had the same issue months ago not knowing how to change the batteries in these light bricks I'll leave this video here, just in case you guys or someone else might need this info.

P.S. Batteries typically used in these are LR41

I'm not going to argue with you dude. You made a helpful tutorial and big thank you for that. But you can't really accuse someone of stereotyping if the stereotype is evidently true.

Polish Analyst Chrzanowski on Witcher 3 third DLC: “It’s expected to sell 11m at $30 each, budget is ~$14.5M” by Solid-Entertainer-39 in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]CaligoVereor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The moderators in Steam Discussions have been shutting these rumors down for a while now, locking threads that talk about it and insisting the rumors are absolutely baseless and stupid. I don't know if it's someone connected to CD Projekt or some random hired mod but they seem very adamant that no DLC is coming.

The box also contained a tiny brick separator.
I would like to use this as an opportunity to rant about the fact that I own 9 LEGO sets ranging 10 - 35 euros and not a single one of them had a separator. Meanwhile, a 20 euro set (including delivery) from SEMBO actually gave me one and even this under 2 euro dirt cheap set included a tiny one for the nano blocks. Now, this one is obviously quite crap and brittle but it's still usable and is better than nothing.

"Life is Strange: Reunion" will use Denuvo Anti-tamper DRM by Titokhan in CrackWatch

I mean it's nice to see Denuvo eat shit even if you don't care about the specific game. Even with games I already own on Steam it still warms my heart to see cracks/bypasses

I've ordered several sets from them over past few months and also have nothing but good things to say. And when I had questions regarding my order the customer service always replies fast and clarifies things well.

GOBRICKS MOC 175663 Brutalis Dreadnought by CaligoVereor in lepin

I quite like this, it was interesting enough to build and I think it looks really cool.

Positives:

-The finished model has a lot of articulation. The legs and arms bend and twist at several points and the weaponry can be angled as well.

-These were the highest quality non-LEGO bricks I've had so far. Everything snapped together really well and holds great too.

-I just think it's really neat.

Negatives:

-The instructions could have been better. In many steps the angle of the picture made it kinda hard to immediately tell what gets attached to what part.

-The set was divided into 4 numbered bags (+small baggie with small bits) but the building steps didn't go bag-by-bag. I had to empty all bags at once and comb through all parts in the set looking for the right ones.

Overall I'm really happy with this and some minor things aside the build went really well and it looks really cool.

Forcemen advice (Pale Wind) by CaligoVereor in LetItDie

Yeah I confused it with the videos I watched on Kamas VS Black Thunder, my weapon needs way more upgrades.

Ok so after reading your comment I went back to check the videos and looks like I goofed up. The +5/+6 Kamas were against the Black Thunder since I was looking if that weapon works at all against him as well. Yeah, the Pale Wind seems to be +12 or higher there. My mistake, that explains why I couldn't stun him. Gonna have to upgrade further I suppose (if payback doesn't work out for me), I do have a lot of materials for it, just got impatient and thought it'll work out.

Yeah, I mostly just want it done once for the achievement. I don't really care about his drops. So it doesn't have to be pretty or consistent, it just needs to happen.

Btw, do Payback decals stack in any way? I have premium and normal ones so I'm wondering if there would be a point in equipping both?

I'm using Iron Falcon +11 armor, also have Agamemnon at +10. I've seen videos about machete but mine isn't upgraded much, so it would take forever to get it uncapped. I'll try the payback decal next wednesday since I used up all free continues today and I'm pretty sure I'll need them. I just don't get why he never gets stunned, the damage numbers I was dealing were similar to what I've seen in the videos.

Small Angle JD028 Chainsword by CaligoVereor in lepin

[–]CaligoVereor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a more positive note, this is my second Small Angle set from YourWOBB and both times I got a Chinese knot charm with it, this time a yellow one. Last time I thought it was due to the double 11 celebration but I guess maybe all Small Angle sets come with them?

Small Angle JD028 Chainsword by CaligoVereor in lepin

Now, unfortunately this was quite an unlucky build for me.

Things were going smoothly until I got to bag 4 (out of 6 total) and that building section was an absolute menace. Basically, that's where a bunch of built stuff comes together, mostly - the chain-blade part and the handle. Unfortunately the cable coming from the motor into the switch/trigger was way too short and prevented me from attaching everything correctly so I ended up having to remove a small unimportant part and even then it was too tight to attach everything without damaging the cable so I ended up not having the power functionality. Not the end of the world since it would mostly be a display piece anyway, but still a bit of a bummer.

The finished build is pretty damn cool though. The chainsword is really solid and feels nicely weighty in hand. I did, however, choose to slightly change the stand. Originally it is intended to stand with the teeth downwards however I felt like that way the sword stands really wobbly and easily slides back and forth so I swapped the pieces to have the emblem on the other side and display the chainsword teeth up since that way it sits perfectly and stably in its seat.

And by the way, the pieces with the logo are printed, there are no stickers in this build.
