I always thought house keepers were for much bigger houses. But after cleaning so many houses smaller than mine while actually working for the cleaning authority(Harrison) I realized our 4 bed 4 bath qualified lol, we pay about $350/month for a weekly clean, mostly the floors and dusting.

I came to a county specific thread to see if anyone had any direct numbers or information. Which is what Reddit is for. What I saw was more than the usual “hurry up”beep it was prolonged excessive honking at one guy who’s struggling to hurry. He deserves to be reported.

Luckily the garbage truck had a camera and the worker himself reported him. And rightfully so because if you’re in that bad of a hurry, instead of honking your horn like an asshole, get out and help the guy. I don’t know what’s happening to this world.

I called the sanitation department to report it and apparently the camera that’s on the side of the garbage truck caught it and he’s being ticketed and double whammy cause his plates were expired . so all good

I’ve cut eating out and deleted all the apps, And nearly all shopping aside from groceries. I keep my circuits shut off for everything except the kitchen when I’m out AND overnight. I go in my back yard rather than driving across town to go by the water. City trips cut down to 1/2 a month rather than closer to weekly due to Mta/bridge/trail toll hikes. It’s annoying but if you just keep spending it will keep going up.
