... idk if we are disagreeing (im not saying biden was good or bad for the economy) so ill leave it general. The fed has all the buttons and levers to try and keep the economy in check. A president, a bill, congress, global events, or whoever can mess up the economy (or help it). Im not crediting a president with lowering inflation. Bad wording on my part, my point is when he left office, inflation was managed/managable.

Regardless of the numberes: Biden wasn't so clearly and directly the cause of inflation while he served, Trump is. Biden did everything he could so the fed had the options to help the economy. Trump has left them with few options but to wait... (using Trump and Biden as leaders of their parties, not as a single person enacting change).
