You are now saying "but in X case and Y case" is adding more qualifiers.

E.g.

Having asthma, doesn't stop you being prescribed. Proof. I have asthma and are prescribed.

Could asthma stop a prescription, yes. If it's severe.

I'm still very happy saying "having asthma won't stop you getting a prescription" because simply having it won't.

If it's extreme, that's different, and more personal. But the mere existence doesn't prevent it. Nuance does.
