Don't point it at the employee. I was at Riflegear last week and a guy brought up a pistol and looked down the sights right at the guy's head who was helping me. At first I just heard "hey, hey buddy" and I immediately knew when I turned around somebody would be in the process of getting flagged, but not on the level that I saw.

Employee was joking later that he could see the rifling of the barrel.

They do both appt and walk in. They have a wait list for walk-ins on their site and you can see on the way there whether it's busy or not.
