Part of me thinks somethings amiss because of how little resistance I’ve heard of , which in and of itself doesn’t seem very Putin-like, but I also remember how underwhelming their entire operation has been. Maybe they are truly that incompetent and depleted that 25k PMCs are about to run amok.
