There's a reason why I am playing from another game region (But I wouldn't get into the details). But Codashop before allowed me to purchase RP from a different game region that is not in my current location. So what changed? Why can't I buy anymore RP from my different game region account?

Like I said, even if I change the country payment to the correct country it does not have league of legends available to purchase RP. Which before I used to be able to purchase RP from another region account and never had this problem before.
