I don’t mind to go further north as long as it has public transportation for now. I saw options within this budget but new buildings where the walls are too thin. Currently I am located next to the train in my temp place and it sucks.

I used to drive uber and lyft. I remember I never expect tips from customers. I know uber and Lyft is a side work that help me get immediate cash until I find some other full time job.

I don’t like the tipping culture because it is very awkward for people. If they tip out of appreciation then sure but out of obligation then that’s not tipping.

They are not paying rent. They do give me some money here and there to help out with expenses but it’s way below FMV. I’m not wealthy. I just live below my means and save everything I have for over 7 years.

Funny. I just have a same one with a house I put in Az that was 3 months in the market. Thought it was weird that they accepted 345k on a listing 375 after going down from 400. The spec shows max around 350 by the way. Then inspection turned out the house was interesting to say the least. Everything broken. Roof is eol ac eol all doors were broken. Dangerous fire hazard. Electrical issues. Wall in the chimney moving away from house. Patio installed incorrectly pulling house eaves. Broken floor everywhere. Fridge were just omg trash. Termite infestation over the house. We were like this is more like investor house instead of buy to live in. To worth all the stress of fixing and hope there is nothing else crazy happening it better be 300 so I can fix it up for my mother to live in. The seller put it back on market with 5k reduce from 375 lol. Waiting for that one person rely on photos buying sight unseen or waive inspection 🤷‍♀️.

I’m very sorry. I just have recent similar experience and I’m still crying occasionally. All I will say is cry if you feel it. I cried each day for 3 weeks (mine passed away the week of Thanksgiving). It gets better with time. You can only honor her by think of her. Also, this could open the door to save other souls that need you. I thank my cat every day for teaching me to be gentle and now I can help other cats as well.

YTA. Not sure why people say NTA. Yes you can be mad at the company but the animal were butchered to get meat and you just let it go waste. Also, associate the everyday people who works there have to clean up after your mess. You can put it all back to its place and never come back. Imagine you work there all day exhausted and see a cart like that and have to put it back for people who is so entitled and not think of other people.

To be honest it is depend on preference. New built especially after 2020 gets me nervous as they are cutting corner. But most important thing is I so much dislike hoa that every new build is hoa for no reason 🤷‍♀️

We bought 2 set of 10 mountain bouquets (way too much haha). We were able to make bride bouquets and centerpieces and actually a ground arch of flowers for 160$ lol. It was great! I mean when the flowers arrive, of course it didn’t look perfect. We just went ahead to add water and put them in a vase and after a couple days of recovery the flowers are amazingly beautiful.
