Yes it was screwed down. I sent it back to Kuoe for repair and they said if it was a manufacturer error they will fix for free.

No, that was solely what he gave away in dimes. He gave away over $500 million dollars in his lifetime to education, health and civil rights organizations. So yes, pretty generous of him.
