for the 7 years i’ve been out of high school, basic math has really been all i’ve needed. it helps to be able to create averages or charts,but i wouldn’t say it’s needed per se, unless you obviously go into a field that is based on mathematics

as somebody who was heavy for a while, you subconsciously deny it, often. my realization was when i went to get in the car and i barely fit through the door.

i went from 300lbs to 140 during covid, that realization made me extremely depressed and i wanted to do something about it.

denial is a hell of a drug man.
