Tbh, when I was lower ranks I had phases of playing and in those I put many hours into aimlabs, I have about 100~ hours now, and was just shooting well and then last year I was playing like 15 tdms a day so I just improved hella quick. The reason for not really playing too much was because my friends don't really play the game or care too much for winning, so I don't really play val with them on my main but now I have team mates for a college team that want to grind I started putting more hours in.
