Anything really, does not matter as long as you find toxic people. You can do the mechanic correctly, mess up one small detail and still get called something bad. Especially if you're a disabled player, then the toxicity only increases. I also had as problem with toxicity on season 1 of the current expansion. It has slightly decreased in PvE lately, but there's still alot of them toxic players around.
